  • our practices range anywhere from 5-90 minutes. our average breathwork session is about 12 minutes long, movement practices are typically 20 minutes, and meditations range from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.

  • definitely not! all you need is an open mind and an open heart to receive the medicine of our community offerings

  • breathwork, pranayama, kundalini rule our on demand library. for movement, we offer yoga asana as well as somatic movement practices that are geared to serve your nervous system. meditations range from guided, silent, to mantra and affirmations. we also offer mindful journal prompts, tantrik philosophy, and so much more that is made to support you on your journey of self-exploration.

  • nope! though the majority of our members are female-identifying or non-binary, our community is open to and welcomes all genders and non-gendered folx. our intention to connect from human heart to human heart.

  • Breathwork, movement, and meditation practices are uploaded about once a week. Journal prompts and poetry are posted about once a month
