This retreat was made for those who struggle with the fear of being outwardly themselves. We move through what could take months of healing in less than a week in this safe + sacred container.

It is encouraged to give yourself a buffer of time between your international + domestic flights. We recommend flying into SJO or LIR one day before and out one day after the retreat starts to ensure you make your domestic flight. Emily is 500-hour trained Yoga Instructor, meditation teacher, somatic embodiment guide, breathwork facilitator, and holder of safe and sacred spaces. She also serves as a mentor for spiritual entrepreneurs who are inspired to share their unique gifts with the world.
Her mission through all of her work is to guide you towards your own inner guru so that you can embody your power and live your truth through unconditional self-love and authenticity. Emily aims to create a safe space where you can come as you are and feel welcomed, accepted, loved, and as powerful as you are in any moment. Her teaching style is eclectic, spiritual, and deeply rooted in Yogic and Tantrik philosophies with just the right amount of challenge for your mind and body.
She provides empowering, educational, and unforgettable experiences that will inspire you to connect to the electric life force that lives within and all around you, so that you can carry them with you forever.
Maddy Frechette is a very multi-facted woman. Hailing from Canada, she now calls Chicago home. She is a dancer, DJ and event producer. Her studio, Siren Chicago, is a collective which houses a pole studio, photography studio and stripper store. While it is fully run by sex workers and was created as a safe haven for them, Siren welcomes humans from all walks of life through their doors.
Maddy has been a pole dancer since 2012. She started DJing around this time too, but moving around made it difficult for her to embed herself in the scenes of different cities. Although she is a self-proclaimed nomad, she has found herself in Chicago since 2018.
During Wild Human, Maddy will be taking you on a dance journey. You will tap into the embodiment of your inner self through movement. No dance background required, you are welcome to move as much or as little as you want, listen to your heart and the rest will follow.
Gabrielle Manuel is a certified Reiki Master practitioner, New Paradigm MDT energy healer, Heart Math Mentor and professional sound and vibrational therapist. She loves creating and holding a safe space for people to release their unwanted energies and receive the healing power of unconditional love that they deserve. She is deeply connected with her spirit guides, who are her greatest teachers, and works with each archetype so that their love and unique gifts may flow through her to serve and enrich humanity.
She is also performer and wild child who loves to express the many different parts of herself through dance, costuming and makeup. Everything she creates is a sacred expression of herself channeled from within and brought to life with movement and sound.
Her mission is to show people their own divine light by using her gifts as guides to help lead people back to themselves. She aspirers to show people the power of radical acceptance for all of the many facets that makes us human, and to embrace their wild and dynamic self. Though she is a city girl, Gabrielle has always had a sacred and deep love for the earth, and a mission for humanity. She cannot wait to serve both at this retreat with you!
During Wild Human, Gabrielle will be leading you through a journey into wild and radical acceptance of yourself and the human expirence by helping you transmute your fear into your power. Connecting to the power of the earth and mountains, that will be your landscape for the retreat, you will travel into the portal of your heart to unleash your own true wild divinity within..

This is not a retreat for those who are only looking for Yoga Asana 2x/day.
We go deep within the love and safety of community on my retreats. With that being said, every person who came on our 2023 retreat stated that they had a life-changing experience. It’s going to be SUPER powerful and we can’t wait to share it with you!
